Actually everything was first-class, my next choice again in London. The property was perfectly clean, featured unique design, I appreciated it. Cosy king room I stayed at was brand-new with very comfortable bed. Had good hot and delicious breakfasts for full offering.

Possibly the best and fabulous stay for 1 night. Good sleep in a lovely bed, amazing and lovely room. Satisfactory breakfast with various food choice. Unique and super location - right by hill, transport and Oxford, regent, new bound, mount, and Piccadilly st. Again, walking distance to New Zealand Memorial.

The location. Nice personnel, actually.
Price-performance ratio. There were four of us in a room. But you only got two shampoos, for example. Not refilled every day. Little things like garbage disposal, night service irregular or incomplete. If you used a cup, they wouldn't replace it with a clean one. Such trifles

Our flight from Hamburg to London was cancelled due to technical problems, so that the overnight stay was cancelled. The hotel was not cooperative despite the membership card and charged the full price, although I explained the situation. We have stayed there many times before, I had expected more cooperation.

Breakfast was wonderful and adequate, appreciated the position.
We had sumptuous and accommodating room with safe. It included a mini bar fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a chair. The hotel had indeed a marvellous and stunning location in the Theo Randall restaurant.

Our family stay in the Classic King Room was good. The staff greeted us warmly, especially Panny and Anne-Marie Great dining options made our meals enjoyable. Minor noise issues from outside didn’t overshadow our lovely experience. Perfect location for exploring London!

The location was excellent and the breakfast was also great.
hammering and drilling noize in the next room. It was pity. Classically nice, clean room, a little old-fashioned.

The InterContinental Hotel was an ideal place for a weekend trip because of its really good location. Many things are within walking distance. The room was very nicely furnished, the bathroom was very clean. The service should be emphasized, the staff was without exception friendly and very helpful. Compliments to the bartender, great cocktails. I will come again. Thank you very much for the great stay.

Couple looking for a decent stay
I had a great interaction with Panny he greeted us at the door with this big smile and made us feel welcomed and then there was Anne-Marie the restaurant manager she went out of her way to ensure our dinner was great like it was personalized just for us.
Sure the prices were a bit steep but I suppose you pay for the experiences.
